Is it a good setup?

Hello!

A year ago my first e-cig experiences were awful with noname chineese rubbish ecigs, they are stopped working after 2 weeks of usage.

Now I would like to give it a try again with a better setup, after reading spams and forums for 3 days I planned to buy these:

batteries and cartomizer
Dual Coil 510 Tank Cartomizer, 3.5ml, Orange
Black Ego Battery, 1100mAh
510 USB Battery Charger

Liquids
Minthol (50ml 36mg)

What do you think? Should I just buy one of the starter kits instead?

Looks like a good setup to me! its close to what i got when i started to get serious about vaping and was tired of the cig look-alikes. i would recommend 2 batteries so that you can always have a battery ready to use when the other goes dead tho..... one in hand and one on the charger/pocket...gota have a backup!!

50ml is a lot of elqiuid to buy if you've not used it before, I'd suggest spending the same on a few smaller bottles of different flavours.

That charger is for 510 batteries, you are getting an ego battery, get the one I linked above and then you will be all set!

if you only plan to buy one battery get an 1100 mAh eGo passthrough otherwise buy 2 batteries because when your one battery is charging you wont be able to vape!! (unless you have the passthrough) and 36mg is too high if you ask me 24mg is plenty even for the heavy vaper i was 2 and a half pack a day smoker and i vape 18mg but 24 is a good high dose to get you off smokes and like tigggger said i would start with like 30ml bottle incase you wanna try other liquids

You definitely need more than one battery. Bare minimum 2, but 3 would be much advised. Sometimes these batteries just stop working for no reason, and then you are down to none or just one. You're not always someplace where you can easily recharge a battery once it is spent, then what are you going to do. Buy some smokes again? I hope not. Be prepared for the unexpected to happen.

You will need plenty of replacement cartomizers to replace the one in your tank. You can expect a carto to last for 2-4 tank refills before needing to be replaced, sooner if your e-liquid is thicker or darker or has a high vg percentage. I gave you a link for the Mad Vapes replacement cartos. I chose single coils because the dual coils will drain your battery too quickly, they are what I use in all my tanks. These already have holes in them, so you don't have to buy a carto punch right away.

And yes, the 36 mg nicotine strength seems too high, get the next strength lower.

Just sayin...
It took 36mg to get me (and Hubby) off cigarettes and we stuck with that level for 3 years (I'm at 18 now, He's at 24)
so get whatever strength you need to stay off cigarettes. You could get some (smaller bottles) of 36mg, 24mg and 18mg to see what you like best.
Get 36 if you feel you need it. Also get some lower to have if 36 is too much for you. Only your body can tell you what is right for you.

I decided to try first with a minimum budget, and if I'll find it good enough as an alternative of analogs I'll complete the pack with an additional more powerful battery and stuffs.
