Is it defective??

I chose to try out the CE3 Bottom Coil 510 Clearomizers (G-A9 CE3 Clearomizer). It worked good for the 1st day... then all of a sudden today... despite following the proper fill instructions... I refilled it and about 2 hours later it completely unloaded all the liquid into my battery. It all just poured right out the bottom. It has ruined my brand new battery. Is this a common issue with this type?... Has anyone else had this happen?... I'm afraid to use anymore of them and ruin any more of my batteries.

Hi Pami, I'm brand new here and not sure that I can help you, but let me bump this up with my post, and hopefully someone who can help will see your question.

However, I think that I read not to use anything that can leak with an unsealed battery. Only use the prefilled disposable carts because if a tank or refillable cartridge leaks it will destroy your battery....
As to why it worked the first day and then leaked, hopefully someone can give you some direction, and/or correct me regarding battery usage too.

I don't use the ce3's much but I'm trying to understand how it poured out of the bottom? Just trying to figure it out for you. The ce3 is also known as the Phoenix. I had them a long time ago and im trying to remember about them. It works with a type of inner air pressure to avoid leaking. I'm not sure the exact science of describing it but in effect, you have to fill it upside down, if I remember correctly. It deals mostly in keeping a vacume inside to keep from leaking. Thanks!... the video gave me alot of great info. I did fill it upside down... not sure what went wrong with it. The ones I have are not Phoenix... but they do look the same. I went to GotVapes to look into getting some of the Phoenix..

I think, if I remember correctly, that you can't really top them off. Inotherwords, if they are like half full and you go add more juice to it, they may leak. You have to let them get pretty low before refilling.
