Is it just me or do I just love everything new I buy nowadays?

With how vaping has evolved and how the market has picked up on advancing vaping, I feel like everything new I buy nowadays is the greatest thing ever. Maybe it's just me. I picked up a vaporshark rdna40 in decembt and thought it was the greatest thing ever, picked up RDA's and thought each one was great, picked up mechs and thought they were great, then recently picked up snowwolf200 and thought it was great, just went out and bought an arctic tank and think its great. Maybe I just think everything is great, I should probably stop spending money on vape gear for a while :w00t:,

Im glad I came back to vaping. I picked it up years ago but quit because the gear that was out was pretty poor - The HH357 by cisco (if any of you older vapers remember that) just came out when i basically weened away from vaping and back to smokes. I went through 1 510 stick style battery for every 5-10minutes of a 'vape break' and didnt want to carry around 10+ stick styles around with me during the day. It was either stick styles or the 650mah egos, which I needed 3+ of to get me through an entire day without recharging. Boge cartomizers that I had to restock basically every week or two, and spend a whole bunch of time trying to get that filler to soak up my juice, because the capacity in those cartomizers was so little, had to turn the little plastic nipplecup upside down and make my vg juice suck into that thing and wait while it get sucked in, it was either cartos or nasty tasting 1st gen clearomizers that I never got into because of burnt flavor and many wicking issues. So much hassle back then.

I think of it now, I received a mod in the mail today, go to a B&M buy a tank and am basically vaping on it minutes after I left the store, and still vaping on the same thing without fiddling/changing/refilling anything - 1 hour later!

Oh what a great time to be a vaper

Sometimes I like what I buy, sometimes I hate it. Like the Aeolus RDA I didn't like at all. The Twisted Messes RDA and Hexohm, I love. It just depends on how it is when I get it home or receive it in the mail. Maybe soon I'll have the rDNA 40 thoughts. I never wanted temp control, but I want to see what the hype is about. I don't have to use temp control if I hate it anyways.

I've been disappointed with the last two high end RTAs I bought, but due to poor machining, not a bad vape. And I'll admit, had they been $30 Chinese attys, I would've said oh well, as long as they work.

But, I like most of what I've gotten the last 6 months. Even the isticks are working fine so far so I can't complain about them either.

now that I kinda think of it, a lot of the RDA's I bought were clones and cheap. They all worked for the price I got them for and were happy with them, given they were clones, butif I paid a premium price for them I'm sure I would have been disappointed in a few. Most the other authentic stuff I have gotten, I have used the resources of forums to make an educated decision on whether I would like it or not before purchasing, so I guess that helps a lot in me loving what I buy nowadays - I have weened myself to purchasing more authentics and just do extensive reading/research on them before purchasing nowadays.

They were both brand new things. I went off the modder's reputation. Bad plan I guess.

Im sort of a thrifty person since I dont make the big bucks. I usually wait weeks after something new is released. I wanted the kanger subbox so baddd but was waiting for people to receive theres and if there were any issues people observed using them. I eventually saw the snowwolf and coupled with how cheap it was for a nice looking 200w mod and the reviews I ended up just getting it. My first big purchase though was the rDNA40 vaporshark, which I believe was 200$ when it came out - but I waited for people to receive theirs, then read up a lot on the vaporshark dna30 and people kept raving about it. I ordered a rDNA40 after I saw VS/Evolv was fixing the screen glitch issue with new boards and -LUCKILY- it was around CyberMonday so I got it for ~150$!

Right now im eyeing one of them new elementmods Stumpy RDA :w00t: Vape gear is just coming out too fast, theyre putting a hurtin' on me lol, Vape stuff is coming out toooo fast for me to keep up and is putting a hurtin' on my wallet. On a positive note though, it leaves for many late night hours of windowshopping and reading up which I kind of enjoy.
