If any e-cig flavor tasted like an analog, it would be highly unusual. The taste of an analog is a product of combustion that can't be duplicated by vapor. The best you can hope for is that your juice tastes like your analogs smelled when you first opened the pack.

Don't despair though. In no time, you'll find out that your Camels didn't taste so great in the first place. Your taste buds will come back and you'll most likely prefer flavors that taste nothing like any analog in existence. You can get a menthol flavor from a juice, but not a smoking cigarette flavor. It just doesn't exist.

Meanwhile, there are good tobacco based flavors and some vendors specialize in it. I've moved beyond tobacco flavors myself, but Backwoods Brew is a very popular vendor of tobacco flavors. Alien Visions makes the wildly popular Boba's Bounty, which is a tobacco based flavor. RY4 is available from many vendors and they're all a bit different, but it's also a very popular tobacco based flavor.

I need to mention that when you first buy a refillable cartridge/cartomizer there may be a tinge of some industrial machine oils still present; your first few vapes may taste like a 'chemistry set.'
I will leave it to somebody else to explain how to maybe deal with this; I just saturate good with my favorite e-liquid, then vape-on until the solvent taste has passed.

Also: this may not be the problem.
