I was just wondering if it is legal for companies to sell joyetech products in the uk if it's not tw branded? The reason I ask is because after speaking to richard my local tw distributor, he seems to think that tw have full ownership of the market to sell joyetech products and even boast how they have taken down online shops which sell joyetech products.

I'm not sure if it was some sort of scare tactic into sticking with tw or what (he's normally a very nice chatty man) although tw through and through. He wasn't at all impressed when I showed him my vivi! :lol:

This is from the new Joyetech UK site;

"This site is the e-commerce portal provided by Joyetech UK, an independent company working in formal strategic partnership with Joyetech. Our purpose is to provide for the first time the opportunity to buy branded Joyetech products in the UK. Until now, Joyetech products have only been available via The Electronic Cigarette Company (TECC) and Totally Wicked E-Liquid brands. We will provide the fullest range of Joyetech core products, both electronic cigarettes and e-fluids to customers who can be safe in the knowledge that these products are Joyetech designed and manufactured and that only the best customer services and level of satisfaction will tolerated."

Not sure what it means but - there it is.
