Yes.
The higher the wattage and the smaller the tank, the warmer it's likely to get.
The tank getting warm is normal. Heat from the coil transfers to the juice/tank.

I've seen 1 at a vapor convention and another video showing what happens when a battery gets shorted out. ( On purpose )

More like throw directly out the closest window away from people. Glass is replaceable, teeth, skin, ect, is not so much
I'm sure most of the news that comes up on my Facebook feed about exploding mods are just fear mongering. It's like those exploding cellphones story. It all comes down to poor maintenance
