Just started vaping 3 weeks ago after i got my Ego C Twist Vivinova ordered from China. I dont know if the tank is spoiled or is it normal. when the liquid is in the vivinova tank, i cant put my tank sideways as the liquid will leaked out from the tank. When i put it inside my case, my case will get oily because of the leakage of the liquid. is it normal? i just have to put it straight up so that the liquid in the tank wouldnt leak ): any suggestions? should i buy a new tank?

First question - is it a Vision vivi nova?
If it is - it shouldn't leak.
Things to check - are the top and bottom caps screwed on straight and tight?
Is the drip tip you are using a snug fit or is it loose? If it's loose it may be allowing some juice to escape.

You should be able to lay it on its side without leaks. Toss it and get another.

Hey. That was quick. It is Vivinova V8. Top and bottom caps are straight and tight. The drip tip is connected with the top. So i'll just turn it anti-clockwise top open the top and fill my liquid. Do i have to buy a new tank? Any recommendation on which tank to purchase?

Yes it should but this Vivinova that i bought leaks ): Considering in buying new tank but dont know which tank to purchase and also from which vendors.

There are two official Vision distributors in China and Health Cabin is one of them. I've bought some Vision vivi novas from them and they work well. I suggest getting real Vision vivi novas. They don't leak.

I ordered a leaky "phoenix" and "vivi nova" from. www.vaporbreak.com- -- DONT ORDER FROM THEM BTW! both leak, worst online transaction ever! TBH... It happens, O'well! I'm out $17 and I still use them as backups when im down and out!

Thankyou for the info. I ordered from this website Vivi Nova direct from China (Mainland) and i thought its good. End up its a bad supplier. Its quite cheap though so i'll just give it a try. Wont be buying there again though xD

Just poor knock off. Not as bad as some CE5 carto I had... It just leaks from bottom... so yeah, you fill it up, leave it vertically and it will be empty in ~15 min. Got one vision vivi nova and it does no leak no matter what position it is. Ordered few more, but from gotvapes.

True indeed. Sometimes people make mistakes like you and me thankyou for the info

Yeah I've never had leaking problems.. I'd contact the company for a replacement, if they are as good in customer service - I've gotten replacements with very little questions asked

Something else to check, the ViVi novas I have are very temperamental about what drip tips you use, mine came with a drip tip with a flat silicone O-Ring and they fit well (so tight I initially thought it was an integral part of the top) with no leaks but the aftermarket drip tips with a round O-Ring leak. I'd try a different drip tip before tossing the tank. Just my $.02 =)
