Is it ok to include a link to my web dev portfolio in my sig?

I've been a professional web developer for 14 years. I was laid off last week and with the economy the way it is, I'm trying to get some freelance work while I'm looking for another job.

I made a post in the Services for Suppliers forum, but I'd also like to include a link in my signature as my thread will eventually be buried without being bumped. It seems like this is within the rules, but I wanted to confirm it before I added it to my signature.

The site contains nothing offensive and nothing about PVs. For reference, it can be viewed here.

Yes, this is fine.

However there is probably a rule about the number of links in your sig, in which case you'd be over the top, most likely (already).

Check the rules or ask a mod please.

I'll remove the rest of the links in any case. I don't work for any of them. It's just links to the stuff I personally use.

Interesting idea. So maybe we could put a link for our (non e-cig related) business on our signature line? I could use the free advertisement. Who do we ask if it's OK?

It's fine for now, but if it gets excessive with banners and the like we may have to do something.
