It's perfectly fine! I actually mix mine quite frequently. In particular I have a 30ml bottle of straight menthol that is extremely strong on it's own. So I like to mix it with my other bottles (I was a menthol analog smoker) to give me that cool menthol throat hit in my favorite fruity flavors. It really gives them a nice cool touch.

And if your curious if you can mix different mg of nicotines the answer is also yes. I normally vape 12-18mg nicotine in my carto's. My menthol is actually 24mg nicotine. It's more of a personal preference in the throat hit it adds. Vapes great!

You will end up with a blend that is lower than 18mg. I like 18 to 24mg personally. My mom likes 36mg. I ordered couple 30ml bottles of RY4 for mom. I also ordered a couple 10ml bottles of 8mg. When I need to refill a clearo with RY4, I stop by mom's house and fill up with half 36mg and half 8mg. This gives me a 22mg mixture which is right in my comfort zone.

Yup, it's okay, I do it all the time. Mixing 18mg with 6mg will end up somewhere in between depending on the amount of each. Equal parts 18mg and 6mg would end up with 12mg per ml.

Example:

2ml of 18mg per ml (2 X 18) = 36mg total
2ml of 6mg per ml (2 X 6) = 12mg total

36mg + 12mg = 48mg total
48mg / 4ml = 12mg per ml

Thanx guys

I have one more question...regarding the cartomizer Im using is 2.8 ohms. Been vaping from 4.0 v all the way up to 4.8v

Taste and vapor was fantastic until earlier today. The cartomizer is new like..I popped it open and filled it up like 2 nights ago and already giving me dry hit and burnt taste.

This is my 3rd cartomizer within 1 week. What am I doing wrong? The bottle doesn't say pg:vg ratio but I know for sure that the voltage I was using isn't the problem!!

I even dry puffed time to time, even droped couple of drops on cotton filling. And still getting this freaking burning taste.

I don't know, this f#$@#ing cartomizer is giving me enough stress that I want analogs really bad at this moment.

I ran into this issue once a long time ago as well.. I turned my voltage down to 3.7 volts and that issue disappeared completely. I that sometimes higher volts on "some" carto's doesn't alway work best.

Secondly! When you use a NEW carto, are you pre-filling the carto before placing it into the tank? Meaning, gradually rotating the carto between your fingers while slowly dripping juice down into it. Continuing this process until you see juice drip from the bottom hole. If it comes out the side holes thats fine, wipe it off and continue until that first drip of juice drops from the bottom. Then you wipe it off, and blow through the carto forcing out any backed up liquid. Place carto in your tank, fill with juice and your good to go.

yeah. I did the condom method and the cotton filling was all wet and soaked.
I have been vaping the 6mg since last week and today I mixed most of the tank with 18mg. the vapor feels harsh. is it normal? I don't know the taste but is nothing like the one I have been vaping (6mg)

After the carto filling burns/singes the only way to get rid of the burnt taste is to replace it. A burnt carto can taint the flavor of the remaining juice in a tank so if you replace a burned carto with a fresh one the burnt taste can remain due to the tainted juice.

It could be wicking issues, a thick juice might require more than 2 holes or bigger holes or even slots or have to sit longer between vapes to absorb enough juice to prevent burning.
Depending on the juice used (pg/vg ratio & flavor) it could be very easy or almost impossible to burn a 2.8 carto @ 4v ~ 4.8v.
One flavor juice (50/50 12mg for example) will burn almost instantly at 3.9 or above in a 2.8 carto while a different flavor same 50/50 12mg can take 4.5+v all day long in a 2.8 and taste great.

I'd say if you're going through carto's that quickly you're putting too much power to them for the juice you're using, turn the power down first then look at wicking issues.

You DO NOT have to reduce the voltage at 4.0v when using a 2.8 ohm carto. That just makes no sense. Many of us vape 2.8 ohm cartos at 5.0v day in and day out, without a problem. And the type of eliquid used has NO impact on what voltage setting to use with a 2.8 ohm carto from a "burning the carto" standpoint. Voltage level may affect flavor but not whether the carto itself is being burnt.

If you are getting dry hits/burning, (when it worked fine originally), it's because you did not keep the carto moist enough. Once you have burned the carto, you just have to toss it and get a new one.

If you are not using a tank cartomizer (this would eliminate all dry hits/burning), then I would suggest using clear cartos so you can actually see when you need to add more eliquid. I would also do the initial fill of a new carto using a syringe so you can evenly distribute the eliquid throughout the carto.

Good Luck
