Is it possible to build a ni200 dual coil at atleast 0.1ohm?

i got my ipv4s today and I my minium build can be 0.1ohm, and my dual coil build come in at 0.05-0.07, ive only got 26awg ni200 to work with at the min.

What you mean by large? Long or wide? I was doing 8wraps at about 3mm bit out my tool kit, and nah mate ask all you want, it's going in my mutation x v4 on my ivp4s, my first temp control mod so looking forward to trying it out, ive got 26awg titanium and nickel wire, wish i went for the 24awg now though.

IPV4S and Ni200, my guess is it will be temperature controlled, and my suggestion is that he stick with single coil until he get some thiner wire eg. 30AWG.

oh so it's 0.5?? I've got it sorted then, my lowest was 0.5 and that was 8 wraps, I'll try it again now

I got some free wire with my order and that is.... Just says .21 on it if you have an idea what that could be?

You can use Steam Engine to plan your builds

Based on Steam-Engine you need a pretty wide coil but doable at 26g, 3mm inner dia, single coil yields a .15ohm 16wrap coil that is 6.8mm wide.

You can probably go as low as 12 wraps and still be above .1ohm.

At least I think I got that right.

I have pretty much given up on TC. Not that it doesn't work, or isn't cool, but I'm Old Skool and get by just fine with Kanthal builds. Try some 32ga Ni200, that'll make it easy.

I got a freebie with my wire order, 0.21 wire which apparently is 31/32ga and i just can't work with it, far too small for me, I'm used to kanthal myself
