Put up a sticky in the new members forum to avoid mall kiosks yet? Every dang story I have heard from someone about the mall experience shatters my heart at how much they paid, no refunds, getting cheated out of hundreds of dollars, it's like wallet abuse or something. I think we need a sticky for the newbies on avoiding these kiosks at all cost!

I was fortunate enough to have never run into a mall kiosk. I have a juice producer about 15 minutes from where I live and got into an eGo set-up from the start. A little research goes a long ways.

lucky you! i wish there was a good juice vendor somewhere close to me. Nearest one i think is 2+ hours away. Now a smoke shop does carry dekang juices near us but its 10 bucks for 10ml i think.. which i can get way more for cheaper and american made on line lol

I don't have to worry about that here. Wyoming doesn't exactly have real malls. Heck, the nearest Walmart to me is a 45 minute drive! Yeah, I live in the boonies! LOL

I do agree that newbies should be warned about getting ripped off at the kiosks. Someone had mentioned Green Smoke and even they rip off people with their prices... $140 for a BASIC starter kit is unreal!!! Doing research can be a huge problem since there are so many sites and they all pretty much say the same things yet they word it so differently it's confusing for someone just starting out. Then there's the fact that they all name their products by different names and it's hard to tell what is what.

I think if they've found this site, they don't need a sticky because either A) They're doing their research before they buy so they'll know not to get it, or B) They've already bought and they don't really need a big sticky making them feel like an idiot for their purchase.

I agree on some things with that, but then again when I joined in April I browsed through the site looking for blu and my husband had suggested the free trials like on the radio, but I saw the sticky don't order free trials and veered as far away as I could from them. I think that people who found the site and are interested in the e-cig could use an extra warning to avoid those kiosks as much as possible.

It won't help. I feel the exact same way, yet still see people turn to a small, non performing "hey it looks like a cigarette..kinda" PV. Its human nature, you stick to what you know. People will always want to have something that looks like what they are used to and familiar with. I did it myself. No I know better.
