Hey, that's an out of stock issue, you should have a mail from Ty. I would imagine it is the eGo T stuff, that is at 0 stock I believe.
Thank you for your reply and time. I am sure it is quite a task to keep up with all that is involved in running a busy establishment.
One thing I would like to suggest though is that you take a look at your process that is used to fill orders that have been placed by your clients. On your web site the clients see a number under the STOCK column that leads one to believe that is the available quantity in stock. At this point if the client orders that in stock product it should be allocated to the clients order and removed from the stock count shown to other customers and should be shipped to the customer placing the order when the stock count showed a number greater than zero....that would be me, as I would never order anything that is out of stock because waiting for a slow boat from China doesn't meet my needs.
I did find the items that I need to meet my requirements and schedule however I did spend more on shipping than the actual products that I needed. In shopping other sites I found that many either do not permit the purchase of out of stock items or at least alert the client to the the situation, while on your site the stock counts do not seem to be of any value to the clients purchasing decisions.
I would really consider canceling the order I placed with you but I can't imagine the nightmare that would create. Please look at your order fulfillment process as First In First Out is still a good plan.
It's nothing personal but I found that shopping at Walmart because they have the lowest prices is not always a rewarding experience.
Thanks
