It's better to keep flavored e-liquid in a cabinet or pantry as long as it's cool, dark, and dry. Some flavors can separate from the liquid in a fridge or even go bad. The cold also makes it thicker and more difficult to work with. Most liquids will be fine even after keeping them in the fridge for while, but you might want to let it get to room temperature and shake it before you use it.

No it is not okay to store it in the fridge. DIY moderator, SunVaporer, lost over $400 worth of juice after 4 mos. of fridge storage. There are two chemists over in the DIY forum that will also tell you that cool, dry storage is what is required. Too much humidity in the fridge for one reason is what was discussed.

Welcome to ECF Shauna and happy vaping.

Yeah, I know you'd think wouldn't you? I had 120 ml plus a doubler (no nic) of mine stored in the fridge for about a month. Didn't know I wasn't supposed to until a bunch of discussion came up here at ECF. Still to this date, it is a very touchy subject. Some agree, some disagree with refrigeration. Some are quite concerned about a possible FDA ban so have stored enormous amounts in their freezers. Some have bought wine coolers that they can adjust to warmer temps than a fridge, but yet it's still considered cool.

What he said: Agreed from experience.

I don't think I would go that far! I'll keep it in the fridge and take my chances. Better there than too warm I would think.:blink:

I had considered stockpiling for possible vapeaggedon. Mostly unflavored Nic juice... if push came to shove I could always get VG, and probably PG..and flavorings aplenty.

This has been discussed over and over...And the answer is no...no fridge. Just check any medicine (besides vaccines...) and you don't EVER store them on the fridge. Look on how any pharmacy stores the meds. In drawers away from heat and light. If you read the bottle of any cough syrup and do the same with your juice you'll be ok.

You know this, and I know this, but please remember that the OP is a newb. It is our job as super members to help them as we have been helped. Every newb that comes in asks questions that have been discussed over and over. When we get experience, then we know how to do the Search Threads for Juice Storage, but until then, it is our job to gently and considerately help them with any and all questions. Remember, dearheart, this is a new technology. We all had a starting point, right? Anyway, happy Thursday, happy summer.
Hugz and blessings, Seabrook
