Is MMVapors belly up?

I put in an order at MMVapors (MetalMadnessVapors - the Poldiac people) one week ago and never got a shipping notice. I've emailed them twice and still no response. I'm really worried and wonder if anyone knows if this outfit has gone belly-up or is this their general bad vendor behavior with customers.

Now I'm seeing a scrolling banner across the top of their site saying they're not receiving any emails because of their new site. So if I'm lucky that's the simple truth. I just sent them another email before I saw that message but I know I won't get a reply.

Edit: I just got their email that says they got my email and will reply within one business day. Yeah right.

Just a small operator going through a tech upgrade with a few hiccups I think. They totally redesigned their shop website in the last couple of days, I'm sure they will sort it out for you.

Okay, thanks for the comforting words. It really seems weird just because they're not a slip-shod operation. And it does look like they're doing a site change-up. I will just wait and see. Thanks everyone for your help.

I wouldnt worry about it.

They are a lot bigger in Europe than they are in the US, and considering that they do plenty of business here, I seriously doubt that they are going under.

As for customer service, I have bought a California Edition Poldiac, and my favorite genesis atty, the DID from them, and the customer service was top notch.

Just call them, I am sure that they will sort it right out for you.
