Hi all,
I am new to the forum and this is my first post. I just recieved my VK today....shipped super fast!!
Try not to laught to hard....but......
As soon as it got here, I put on a cart and tried it out...after a little bit I kinda noticed..Wow I feel sick and dizzy. Would it be right to assume that maybe 36mg carts are for big girls and not newbe's?
I would like to be able to hold it for a while and smoke with my coffee in the mornings or while watching TV. At this rate I will have to lay down befor I finish my first cup lol.

This is quite normal when you first start vaping. I started with 36 mg. and was vaping almost constantly. At first I would get a little nauseated and dizzy feeling. I have to cut back. But I continued to vape 36mg. I have been vaping 6 months now and vaping constantly and never feel sick.Yuo may want to cut back on the strength until you get use to it. I find it takes 36mg to keep me analog free.

Without a doubt what you are describing is from too much nic. I smoked nearly 2 packs a day and at first the 24 mg did the same thing to me. Remember when you first started smoking and it kinda got you high, same deal. Look through the forums there are ones to tell you how to dilute the nic level and you will probaly have to experment to find the right level 4 u.

I would certainly suggest trying a lower nic if the 36mg is making you feel sick.

Get yourself some 36mg and some 0mg liquid in the same flavour, and then you can mix the two together to try at different levels to see what suits you best.

(You can just dilute the 36mg with PG and/or VG, but that will also dilute the flavour: hence why I suggest getting 36mg and 0mg of the same flavour to ease yourself in! ;))

I have similar problem. While it doesn't make me sick or dizzy, I've got sleep disorders. Correct me if I'm wrong, but don't you vape just because it's there and tasty, not because you crave for a smoke? I was a 1 1/2 pack a day full flavor smoker, vaping 24 mg now and consider going down to like 18-12

I am just learning this lesson myself, with the 24mg it only takes a couple of hits and my nic urge is satisfied. The problem is I still want to smoke, I think I am going to get some 12mg and maybe even 0mg.

Problem with low nic for me is I don't get any throat hit, which I appreciate more than a flavor. Just got new shipment (viva V4L for light speed shipment!):. French pipe and Bud, both 24 mg-both taste like choc/coffee to me and no throat hit whatsoever...could it be just my taste receptors?

Edited: just tried Black Tea 24 mg from the sane shipment-AWESOME! Great throat hit. So I think its the juice, not my taste receptors.

Edited again: added a few drops of French Pipe juice Steve sent me complimentary (thanks Steve!!!) and it's much better now

At home or driving I vape non stop. Tell myself to put it down just to grab it again in a minute. Have to figure a way to discipline myself or find some nasty flavor which I will vape only when I urge for nicotine:D

I started out with 8mg, but found myself vaping through entire carts in nearly single-sessions.. non-stop vaping machine. Loved the 8mg carts but realized they weren't strong enough for me. Then I started vaping 36.. and well, way way too strong..

I'd recommend trying 18s or 24s.

Peace.
Unfortunately, I don't feel the strength until I go to bed and can't fall asleep 8-o

Yeah, I'm trying to learn to use when needed, not because I love the flavors. That is the next step after giving up the analogs I guess. I've been letting myself do whatever "she" wants to do because I don't want to fall off the wagon, but I am definitely wasting a lot of vapor the way I'm doing it now. How come there are 2 people in my head fighting about this? :D Seems so anyway.

I know, though, that I was smoking a lot of analogs when I didn't have a craving, too. It was just such a habit to pick one up and smoke...

Boy, there ARE a lot of things wrapped up in this addiction, besides just smoking and trying to quit.

Oh, and to the OP, when you first stop smoking cigs, you could be getting lightheaded because you are taking in a lot more oxygen into your cells than you were when you were smoking cigs. Lightheadedness is a symptom of what happens to you when you quit smoking cigarettes. The nausea, I'd chock up to too high of a nic level and reduce that pronto.

thanks for responding. I have ordered some 8 and 11mg I hope that helps. The throat hit on the 36 is super strong. unlike everyone else I would like a softer smother throat hit. I hope that the lower mg will not be such a powerfull hit...almost choked me half to death (Im a light weight haha). Or is that something I'll just hve to get use to?

I started out with 36 and they were too much for me, too. I've since gone down to several different nic strengths and 18s and 11s sit very well with me.

I'm not so into throat hits either, I like good taste, smoothness and lots of vapor.

I think you'll be much happier with the lesser nics, I know I am.

Seems like the flavor is much tastier in the lower mgs also.

Also, I have noticed that the first few hits on a new cartomizer are a lot harsher than after I guess you could say, break it in? The flavor and smoothness improves after I've been using it for awhile, so I don't inhale the first 3 or 4 puffs, I just blow them out now. That might help you some in choking down what you have until you get some lower nic strengths.
