is my pcc crazy or is it me?

i have a pcc for my 510, the TW one, and a generic one for my evo (M401 style)

i have not tried it thoroughly on the evo one but the TW one seems to discharge my battery when it stays in there for too long. is this normal? if i leave it in there over the weekend, i usually end up with a flat pcc and a flat battery.

If there is too little power left in the PCC, that can happen; there have been threads about this before. If you put in a battery into an almost empty PCC, they will even out the power between them.
