Ok, my 510 PCC just arrived. I have the 510 manual however, I am having the darnedest time trying to connect the batt to the PCC. There seems to be a wide space which is the only way to place the manual battery however there seems to be some serious spring action and the battery does not connect to the terminal. I have tried turning the battery slightly once inserted but there doesn't seem to be a built in slot for this batt to turn (manual switch).

What am I doing wrong?

Thought I'd pass this thread along to you:

Yah; I had the same issue & when I purchased a back up PCC, that one fits and works like a charm. But, there might be some other information in there that may be of assistance.

HTH!

My opinion is that it's okay to leave it in a PCC like mine, but there are apparently different kinds. Mine has the slot for the manual battery, and when the battery finishes charging, the red light goes out. Mine also will fit an assembled atomizer and cart with no problems. Also, I don't think mine will accept a battery with the LED pointed down. If yours isn't like that, I'd keep an open mind. (Well, keep an open mind anyway.) Just my opinion.

Just a word of caution, I started using the Pcc for about 6 days and both my batteries have been ruined. Batteries won't hold their charge. Won't use one ever again.....Just my experience

I would contact the seller. This is the first time I have heard of this issue and I rotate mine from charger to PCC all day long for the past two weeks.

Ditto what DaBrat said.
