Is my Solo trying to tell me something?

I have a handful of Solos not and only my blue has a line under the watts. Anyone else see this or mine "special" or does it mean something?

Thats what im wondering just thought maybe there were some others that did have it as well. Out of my 6 this is the only one here. Hope its not a defect,pretty sure ive thrown out the box :facepalm:
I really dont mind it but it bugs me and makes me wonder if its just the screen and still safe or something else and not so much safe.

Those screens are able to "write" characters by strobing (turning on and off rapidly) individual pixels on the screen. The hardware driver that's responsible for that line is on all the time. It's unable to turn off, so you get a line on the screen. If it never came on, you'd get a blank line on the screen.

If it's new enough to be under warranty, contact the seller and see if they can swap it out and get a replacement from the factory. Most China vendors require you to take a picture of the defect before they act, so you are ahead one step if the US seller can swap it for you. :)

I dont mind the line at all as long it is safe to use. I had been using it for i guess a month before i noticed it being there. The line is there no matter where in the menu i am too. I threw away the box after checking if it was authentic (cant keep em all) not sure if it can be returned after a month and no box? BUT i dont mind it if enough people think its ok to use. IS it OK ya think?

    I think it would be safe to use, but I'd still send Geekvape the photo.

    Since the hardware and juice scare my iStick Pico S has been flaky. The screen goes off and back on and sometimes the display is garbage characters. I guess it's nervous. For $50 you'd think a mod would last until the warranty is gone. :)

    It's still in warranty. Tomorrow, I'll open a ticket with Fasttech and see what happens.
