Hi all, I am a bit disapointed in the Ego I bought yesterday. It is not giving me the throat hit I am getting with the E9. Is it the juice ot the atty? Anything I can do to get a higher throat hit without having to inhale super big puffs ?

The reason why I wanted to go away from the E9 is because the battery doesn't last long enough between charges.

Specs:

E9 GreenSmoke compared to Ego T joyetech.
All 18mg nic.

Egos are introductory and weak. look for a good vv mod. High v mods youll have to match a higher resistance atomizer. Maybe try notcigs buzzpro or integrity pro their basic variable voltage that batteries outlast egos and have good vapor production throat hit does depend on juices too

Thank you for your reply. I put enough money into that for.. hum, 3 months worth of tobacco.
Hopefully, I won't have to re-order cartridges or juice until then.
I'll have to use what I have for now.

Get these, you will find them a lot better (and easier)
BLANK BOGE 2.0 OHM LOW RESISTANCE 510 CARTOMIZERS (STAINLESS)
and put those really nice atomizers away until you have a better understanding of how things work.

    Ego is only 3.2 volts

    WRONG

The eGo is a normal 3.7v battery which is then pulse regulated to produce the same output from the first puff to the last puff instead of having the voltage drop off of unregulated PV's.
You then choose the atomiver/cartomizer resistence to produce the desired results.

Ego is only 3.2 volts, so with both having fully charged batteries, the answer is probably yes. But that E9 will get much weaker more quickly than the Ego.

In the 3.7 volt category, the E-Power 510 (same size as an Ego) is a true 3.7 volt model that will save you money over the Ego because the batteries only cost $4 - $5 instead of the $14 - $20 for the Ego batteries plus they last 4 times longer.

But if you want good, consistent throat hit, then move up to a good 5 volt or variable volt model such as the 5 volt GLV2 or the variable volt Darwin.
