Is raising nicotine strength a bad idea?

Don't want to get into the back story but my favorite juice company went under (RIP) I was vaping the same 6mg flavor for 5 years in my nord (Original 15 watt) With no issues. I do not know if it had something to do with the flavoring they were using or maybe the nicotine but every 6mg I've tried since has been really unsatisfying. I've tried nomsx2 and juicehead. It just feels really smooth and there's really no satisfaction from the hits I'm taking, what's weird is I'm also not vaping more than usual, it's just unsatisfying and I'm thinking about it 24/7 now when before I used to take a hit and would go hours without even thinking about it, I'd take a hit before work (I leave my vape at home) and sometimes forgot I vaped until I saw it and now at work I'm thinking about it 24/7 and getting withdrawals at work. I'm thinking off bumping up to 7.5mg. At first I did not think it was a big deal but after calculating the difference it looks like it's a 20% increase. I don't know, I'm just looking to see if the 1.5mg is that much of a difference? My biggest concern is that it's only going to make me think about it more and get worse cravings. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Goomby93. Welcome to the ECF.

I Wouldn't Worry about going with a slightly Higher mg/ml. After using an e-Cigarette past the point of Quitting Smoking, so much of it is Mental.

I will occasionally get an Intense Craving. Something that will make me Stop and think Where Is My E-Cigarette? I need to take a Hit Right Now!. But what makes it Funny is I have used 0mg for over a Year.

LOL.

Pro tip:
Two identical devices, one with 6mg/ml, one with 20 mg/ml
....alternate as needed.

It is mostly harmless nicotine, how would bumping up the mg/ml be "bad" as long as you are NOT smoking cigarettes?

cheers
I
