Is RTSVapes.com Dead?

Hello Everyone,

I'm curious if anyone here has any information concerning whether or not RTSVapes.com is a dead site now.

I've tried emailing them for the past week and even placed an order which ended up disappearing within my account on their site.

I'm getting no response from them and no orders seem to be getting processed.

Has anyone else experienced this with them and/or do you have information concerning the state of affairs for this site? if you do, please let me know so I can stop wasting time trying to order or contact them.

I was trying to order their Lab Glassware Collection Kit, since it's such a great price at $55 for the entire collection and I haven't been able to find a better deal anywhere.

Does anyone know where I can find a similar kit as the one they have at RTSVapes.com or a source which has high quality lab glassware for reasonable prices?

I'll post a link to the kind of kit I'm looking for if it's not against forum rules...

Sorry guys, you miss understood me. I don't have a problem getting to the site, that's not the issue. I thought I was pretty clear on what the issues were, but here is some further clarification.

- No response to emails
- Placed order for 'Professional Laboratory Glass Collection' product code 796
- Placed order does not show up under my account after order has been placed
- Order not getting processed
- No response from submitted ticket

Because of all these issues, I came here to possibly find out what may be going on with the site / ownership

I have advice: Don't believe the hype. They're NOT the cheapest nicotine solution by a longshot. LIES!

Here is where you should go and I think you'll find the prices much better and they also sell lab equipment:

And their product is made to order so it is fresher and will last longer than their competitors. Enjoy. The only thing negative I can say is that they ship your nic in a plastic container which i don't love but it does have a wider mouth for jamming syringes down into.

Unfortunately they are currently having an issue with their shipping software so the site is down for maintenance. No idea when that'll change.

I got a shipment from them in last week. Most went well besides a damaged flavor bottle. Got a store credit to cover the bottle but not the shipping..

Well, I was finally able to get a hold of Randy here on this site and was told that my order was cancelled because they were out of stock on the lab collection I was trying to order.

Funny thing is, I was never informed of the cancellation via email or otherwise and it took me tracking him down here to find this out.

I essentially wasted a week trying to order this product from that site (unanswered emails and support tickets, tracking him down here), when it would have saved me a lot of effort had the order button been disabled and it stating the product was out of stock.

At any rate, it is what it is...
