I seen this on a e-cig site and kinda got a little worried over it. I stop smoking cigs and went with e-cigs cause I thought it was safer and if I ever wanted to stop it would be easy. I'm not hooked on high nic 18mg is the highest I can go but wont do it all day long LoL So here it is...
Is the FDA trying to tell us that vaping electronic cigarettes is more dangerous than smoking regular (analog) cigarettes? Yes! The FDA HATES electronic cigarettes. Based on a very small study the FDA found trace (as in parts per billion almost undetectable) amounts of cancer causing agents in some of the nicotine juice. They failed to mention like amounts are also found in the patch and gum.
Instead of spending money on what could save the lives of millions of smokers they are spending it on advertising links saying electronic cigarettes are bad for you and they have an antifreeze ingredient in them. Yes, water is used in antifreeze too! Our tax dollars are being spent to smear a product a FEDERAL JUDGE has ruled the FDA keep their nose out of.
Are they right or what the hell do they mean cancer causing? Isn't e-cigs cancer free just easy to get hook on more cause you can do it anywhere and stuff like that? If any help on this would be great kinda a little scared or worried. Any info would be nice. Thanks!
