Is your center-pin screwed in all the way?
The pin is adjustable, but if it's all the way in, i don't think theres much else to do.
The pin seems to be the same length as on the 901 top cap, but the cap itself is taller on the 510-model so the pin wont reach as far.
You need a 12mm hex bit to unscrew it or grip it with pliers. If you add a washer the pin will recede further, that's why I was suggesting making your own so it would sit up further in the connector.
Only two out of ten carto's don't fire, so perhaps it will be easier to sand down the end of the carto so it reaches properly. I imagine it would be hard to find a similar bolt at hardware stores.
The carto has flathead notches on the inner contact so I tried unscrewing that. There is no thread so it didn't move vertically, but somehow the carto makes contact now lol. It must have loosened up and slightly moved lower.
When I lost a pin on a GGTS I made a quick fix with a brass nail, the GG worked fine still!!! I think sometimes the contact is not low enough in the cheaper attys, a lot of differentiation even in the same pack.....
