So, I finally took off stock drip tip, and screwed in the 510 driptip adaptor on my Russian 91%. There seems to be an o-ring on it that prevents the adaptor from screwing in flush with the rest of the atomizer. Anyone know if this is normal?
Is the Russian 91% drip tip adaptor supposed to screw all the way down?

Just checked my r91 adapter and it doesn't have an o-ring. But the original r91 driptip has one, make sure that when you unthreaded the tip somehow the o-ring wasn't left behind
