No. It's garbage. I wouldn't even take that crappy mod for free. There are far better options available.
If you want something cheap, the HugoVapor Squeezer is the better package for example. More durable, hits a lot harder and therefor saves batterylife, has the better locking feature, takes 21700 from the start, takes standard squonk bottles and comes with a 510 refill bottle.

It's a plastic squonk mod. A plastic squonk should be on everyone's desk.
I stand by the Pulse 90w with all my heart. It's a great mod for the price.
The athena is a pleasant surprise.

Agreed. The Athena is a simple, straightforward mech squonker that looks good and works well with minor changes: you can bend the tip of the firing contact into a gentle curve to mate better with the curved 510, and you can use a better squonk bottle. I bought three of them while efun.top had them on clearance for 7.99 (mod only). If you like MTL, the blue Etna RDA and the blue Athena work well together:
It's a good thing I showed restraint for once. Just got a package from my friend. An early bday present. Inside was a Vandy Vape Pulse High-end Version. It came with a refill flask but not sure what makes it high-end. I'm just happy I have a new Squonk!
I'm pretty sure the refill bottle was the only difference between the regular edition and the high end edition.
That's ok. The flask looks pretty sturdy and I didn't pay for any of it (except for a rda and I already had that). Free squonk. That's pretty cool to me!
