Hello all,

I am new to vaping, old to smoking, lol. Just got into this last week, started with a volcano inferno-t, and on day one the atomizer blew up? This got me into thinking is the volcano inferno-t a worthy device, and if so is the atomizer they provide for this model a good atomizer? Does anybody know if I could use a janty atomizer on the volcano inferno battery, as janty is offering a 6 month warranty on their atomizers???? Thanks, all!

The atty blew up on the first day? You should be able to get a replacement. As others told me the inferno-t is just like the ego-t so i would say yes it's a good device in my opinion. I love my ego-t. That sucks about the atty though, shoot them an email and i bet they would be nothing but cooperative.

Hello silentt,

Thanks for the reply, just to inform everyone, I did contact Volcano, and they did send out a usps prepaid envelope, I have sent them back the atomizer today, I will let everybody know what the outcome is, but I am sure it will be positive. Have you ever tried a Volcano atomizer, I am looking at the ego-t series too, I wonder if I could use one of their atomizers on the volcano inferno battery? Thanks again!

They will send a replacement. They are a GREAT company with CS!!! I have the Magma and have had no issues with my atties nor has my hubby using the smaller Volcano. They have their own forum as well where you can ask them your questions...I have and they are not so arrogant as to push their accessories over any others for their products....really good people there....

Hello Again,

Thanks for the great info! No they did not, they said they would like to make sure that the atomizer was not broken by misuse? But, I do think they will take care of it, and will let you know. It is to bad that is their policy because it does leave the end start-up user without any atomizer, as I did not know to get two up front.

Thank you for the information on them, its good to know that they are a reputable company, as this is such a new arena of products, and manufacturers, and even resellers? I did try posting these questions on their forum and the moderator has never approved them as of yet, so I am very thankful that I could post them here.

I don't understand that....I never had to have a moderator approve my questions....what thread did you go to?
Hey, I have realized that I posted my questions, under the review section of Volcano's site, under the product I purchased the inferno-t, not on their forum. I havent used their forum yet but I sure will now. Thanks for the pointer! Also, they did send out a replacement atomizer, for free, and I received it today... Therefore enforcing the fact that they have good Customer Service.

As far as I can tell, the only difference between an Inferno (I own one... and a Magma too) and any other rebranded eGo is the o-ring that holds the cone on vs. the others using a threaded connection. I have a co-worker who uses an Inferno-T. The tank atty doesn't need the o-ring (he removed his for better airflow) so it stands to reason that any eGo type of batt would work. However, I don't know if the threads for the cone on other models would interfere with the Inferno T-atty. Looking at mine, I'm thinking "no".

get some magma attys and a drip tip for back up. Or get t-atty back ups that way you'll be good.

I absolutely love my stainless drip tip, but someone needs to develop a juice bottle nozzle similar to those scope bottles, where you squeeze the bottle and it measures a specific amount to hold, then drains the excess back into the bottle, so I don't have to visually count drops. I'm not sold on a tank yet and "dripping and driving" is a serious PITA.

I'm starting to wonder about Volcano. On the one hand, I hear great things about their customer service and there presentation, ie. their website, and the look of their products, is very cool. I'm a sucker for Hawaiian stuff. But on the other hand I keep hearing about faulty products. The Magma kit my sister got came with two regular automatic batteries; one doesn't work, and the other doesn't put out enough power to get a vape from. Fortunately for the time being, she also ordered a couple of the longer batteries.

make sure to blow out all of the primer fluid!

I did just the opposite of you...i bought an ego starter kit from indyvapershop.com but then wanted to try the tank system so ordered two tank attys and mouth pieces from volcanoecig.com
they do fit...seems like the same unit. I love it!

today I removed the inner plastic piece of the mouth piece to help get more vapor off of it.
thank you to everyone who has posted useful info on this forum...have helped me alot!

I got 2 inferno kits. I broke my pass thru at work dropped it on floor fell vertically on atty and stopped working but I got my replacement. I have dropped my 1000 mah batt but I always tap it with my foot so it falls a little bit more gently.(used to play soccer so I try to trap the batt. when I see it fall out my shirt pocket lol) I am happy with it. My attys are all still alive. I only killed 1 306. But then I only been vaoing for 3 months. I got 3 magma atty and 1 306 left. My order of 2 more magma and 2 low res 510 atty just got here. But I can see myself buying something else in about 6 months time. I just have a feeling I am going to spend money for some reason.

Thank you everybody for the advice! I am still on Volcano, and loving it! I drip now mainly, and only use the tank at night. There products are good, as is their customer service. I have had issues with them, but they do take care of them instantly. I think they will get bigger which will improve alot of the issues im seeing on the internet, shipping, doa's, etc. I saw a forum post the other day about them thinking about expanding which would certainly alleviate the issues I have experienced. Could you imagine going down to the store and buying their products, customer service issue, drive right there locally! But anyway just wanted to update this to share that I discovered that they are a good trustworthy company, and I have not picked up a smoke since the day my first volcano arrived, even though I had issues, and even though they are not made for quitting.
