Is there a difference?

Just a quick question here. I am wanting to buy a wet box and there are two sites that i have found that i like and they have them. One is COV but thiers is pre order and states not to use low resistance cartos on it unless using thier LR cartos and an ic14500 battery. The other one is from Nhaler and it states that you can use all LR attys and cartos with it. Plus there is no pre order. So i am just wondering what the difference is between these wetboxes if any.

I could be dead wrong, but they look exactly alike. Both Drew and Bruce are excellent vendors so I'd say it's up in the air as to which one to go with.
