Sounds like alot of vapers have experienced the same thing with going to low nic levels. What I find interesting is how nic is supposed to be so addicting, but if it is, why are we not craving it so badly.

Because there's a lot more that's addicting in cigarettes than just nicotine. :)

That is true about the TH and sting of nic in ejuice. I am at the point I don't want that anymore, I just want flavor. I have become a flavor junkie! LOL bnrk

It's very true for me with dessert flavors and RY4's. Those are almost always for me at 0mg. With some blends tho it's nice to get that nicotine sting/bite, so it's great to experiment!! With some vendors I get 0mg and 24mg in the same flavor, and then just dilute until I have a perfect ratio (droppers work super nice). :p

edit: you will also find that some "state of the art" vendors will actually attempt to compensate for nicotine content with flavoring to keep the juice taste "level" consistent. They are few and far in-between. With most nic content will alter the flavor, sometimes for someone like me dramatically.

I agree...I don't have the cravings hardly at all anymore! If necessary I can go hours without vaping and its nice to actually go out and not have to worry where I can smoke or have to go outside in the middle of dinner. Now I don't vape in the restaurant its just that the urgent need is not there anymore!

Somewhere out there
I find that too, I do not need my PV velcroed to my lips! ha ha I only vape when I take a break and after meals. There are times that I really crave a dessert vape after meals but it is the flavor not the nic that I crave. I am so glad I got to this point with vaping, it is fun and I enjoy it and I never want a cigarette, they actually make me sick now smelling smoke. I think how could I have smoked all those years- yuck! LOL bnrk

I am a 0 mg nic vaper now. When I first started, it was 12 mg of nic but felt it was too weak so I moved to 18 mg of nic. Did that for about 3-4 weeks then moved back to 12 then gradually to 6 then finally to 0 mg of nic.

What's funny is that since I am at 0 mg of nic, I find that my cravings for vaping has diminished over time compared to when I first weaned myself off the 6 mg of nic to 0 mg of nic. Before, when I first started with the 0 mg, I was constantly puffing away, but now, not so much. I would always take puffs on my way to work and now, I wouldn't even take a puff until I'm more than halfway to work already.

But that's just me. On the other hand, I got my wife addicted to it. What was supposed to be a cheaper and healthier alternative to smoking is getting more expensive by the minute w/ his & her juices since she likes it w/ nicotine and I don't.

Tucson, it's a dry heat
Started at 24 three months ago - dropped to 18 almost immediately. Dropped to 12 a week or two later. Now, I'm at 6 or 0 at night so I can sleep. I like the flavor and vapor - don't really care about th. Nic is negligible for me thank goodness. I'd like to be at 0 nic in the case that I want to attempt to raise my life insurance.

I started a little over a month ago and went to 6mg within a few days 12 is tolerable but 6 is preferred. I also have about 90 ml of 0 mg that I vape throughout the day to ween myself off the nic. I will be 0 nic full time in a month or so but have absolutly ZERO desire to stop vaping. Its just to damn tasty

Ive been down to 6mg for about 14 months now. Anything less and the throat hit is not there. tried 0 for a while but I can't seem to get it to stick because of the change in flavor. Tried the flash liquid with 0mg but that gives me headaches...tried 80-100% PG, dries out my throat too fast...SO I just settled at 6mg and don't worry about it. At that level, vaping 2-3ml a day, it hasn't shown up in nicotine tests at work. Yes they test for that now too...even though it is legal...
