Is there a list of provari reps I can try to message?

I sent out a ticket to ProVape a few days ago regarding issues about my new Provari not working, and I still haven't gotten a response. At the moment, I do not have an alternate means of vaping, so it's a little hard for me getting by. I'd really like to get this sorted out ASAP.

There seems to be two different messaging systems on Provape's website. One of them never gets answered, the other one is typically answered very quickly (at least in my experience). I would recommend you use this form if you haven't already:

https://provape.zendesk.com/requests/new

If that link doesn't work, log in to your account on their site and then click on "Contact" at the top of the page. Then click on "Submit a New Request".

If you used the form on the traditional Contact Us / FAQ page, it does not create a ticket number, and - at least in my experience - never gets answered.

My ticket shows I have a ticket number, does that mean I used the correct method of contact you mentioned?

Also, it's really weird that they don't have a phone option.

Yes if you have a ticket number that means you used the right contact method.

I agree. It is weird that they don't offer phone support. In my opinion, any company that's serious about customer service will have representatives available to speak directly to end users.

Per Provape's instructions, send them another message and let them know you haven't received a response yet.
