Is there a Middles East Section?

Just joined the forum, I'm an UK expat working out in Saudi. Just wondered if we had a Middle East section? I have lots of requests from fellow UK and locals who want to get into the whole ecig malarkey, but for some reason, they are banned here in Saudi. Just wondered if they were banned in other Gulf countries too. Since starting on them, I've brought enough supplies with to last until the next trip home, but also wondered how folk go on for getting their liquids and spares into the region. Cheers.
