Is there a mod w/protected batts & kill switch?

I keep reading about safety issues, and frankly... although some people have no problem using unprotected batteries, it just makes me nervous.

If you have the protected batteries, how important is the kill switch?

You can put protected batts in most mods. Some of the smaller ones you can't. Janty stick has built in circuit protection to the stick. The larger ones can all have protected batts. Most people use the kill switch for when it is in their pocket to avoid running when not intended

The Nicostick mods are built around protected batteries and an on/off switch to prevent accidental operation.

Well...that's the *recommended* build, anyway...

The kill switch and protected batteries are two different animals.

Protected batteries have a very small circuit in them to prevent overcharging and overdischarging, which can make the batteries explode.

The kill switch prevents the mod from being activated by accident, such as in your pocket, backpack, or anywhere but in your hand.

I use both in my mods.
