Is there a non-variable voltage 4.5 Volt e-Cig?

I have an Infinity variable voltage PV and it works fine. However, I've found my sweet spot is right at 4.5 volts. I'd like to get another unit but don't really need or want to pay for variable. 3.7 volt is not enough and 5 volt is too much. Does someone make a 4.5 volt unit? The smaller the better. Using and have a lot of 510 atties so I don't really want to go the HV / LR atty route. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

I googled and searched around and nothing. But you may have hit on a good idea, I've read alot of people claiming 4.5 is where to be. Try hitting up the modders corner and pitching the idea. Who know maybe someone there has tried it.

Look for a VV box mod, there are some inexpensive ones around (madvapes). I'm fairly certain the only way to get 4.5 is with vv. (3.7 batts come off the charger at ~4.2V)

Use a direct 5v pass-through with a silicone diode in series with the atty, should drop it to 4.3-4.4v.
