Is there a specific day/time for special deals?

I was filling up my cart a few days ago when a flavor I wanted by FA was on sale, it had a certain number of hours remaining. I'm about to place a big order but if there is a special deal coming up, I don't want to miss it! Is there a specific day those go live or are they random?

As far as which products go on sale it is random, but we are now doing a sale each weekend!
