Is there an additive I can use to make my juice wick better?

I am using the Elite 808 Clear and Easy tanks with my new Elite 808. The juice just won't wick. The vapor is so harsh and noxious that I had to go to the doctor for my throat after using this setup for two days. CigEasy will not replace them, because cartos, even defective ones, are "disposable" and have no warranty.

Here is what CigEasy says about cartos:

"As I stated in my earlier response the cartomizers are considered disposable and not covered under warranty.
They are not sold with a guarantee that you will like how they perform.
More people than not seem to enjoy the strong throat hit from the Elite system."

I am not getting a "strong throat hit". I have been vaping for years, and have never experienced anything worse.

Is there anything I can add to my juice to make it wick better? Thanks!

Distilled water at a 6 to 1 ratio will make most juices tank or carto friendly. (6 parts juice.)
