Is there any kind of industry standard for 510 drip tip o-rings?

I have some drip tips with o-rings that are goners and others that are looking poorly. I can't find the o-rings locally--at least so far.
I imagine if one always ordered from the same retailer that it would be possible to go through that retailer and find replacement o-rings. I order drip tips a bit more haphazardly than that and usually don't know where my last drip tip came from.
I would assume that the O.D. would remain approximately the same but I.d. might differ. Anybody aboard with any hints?

Roger raid the tool kit at work there has to be some in there I know thats where I get mine from lots of hydraulics use little orings
Well Darrel, with all our hydraulic equipment, we surely have some o-ring kits on hand but I couldn't find one small enough for a drip tip. Maybe I should look again and more thoroughly next time.

100 or so o-rings of assorted sizes from the 99c only store. 5 or 6 each of 12 sizes. i thought maybe one of the smaller sizes would do for an rm2, and if not, a buck ain't too much to waste.

for Roger's benefit i savaged the white o-ring off my cheapo DT. you can see them to the left of the package. the black one is the smallest from the 99c pack. might work?

after the feeling returns to my hand, i'll try to force it on the DT

Could be the case. It could depend too on how in depth you guys get on rebuild etc. it was just a thought I knowing found some myself in our kit :)

Nope, there is no "standard" size for 510 drip tips. The 510 hole is generally the same size but varies from atty manufacturer (mostly for rebuildables) but for drip tip orings the oring size varies. It's a gamble if you buy "510 drip tip orings" from various vendors on whether or not they are going to fit your drip tips.

I bought a 225 o-ring assortment at a place named Tool World for around 7 bucks. Usually they contain every size but the one you need but I've actually used several so cheaper than a couple plus shipping online. No hydraulics in my workplace.

We were actually in that store today! I cannot believe the assortment of tools they have that we can use! We bought that same kit of o-rings, several different sized hemostats and even a pair of tweezers. The magnifying light that they had was out in the store, so we will have to try online. That store was a great find! They are as good as Harbor Freight, and even better in some areas.

There is not, unfortunately. I have looked everywhere. I have several tips that need o-rings from being used with carto tanks and Pluid / Grenada. In a search to replace them, I have bought drip tip o-rings from Madvapes I think. Don't work on any drip tip I own. Got some direct from Cherry Vapes for one of their Ming tips. They were way too loose. It seems like #9 o-rings are what seem to be the "standard" but they result in a drip tip that doesn't fit snugly at all or just falls out. Some tips have deeper grooves in them, complicating the sizing issue. I need to get an assortment and try a bunch of different sizes of viton rings, without having to buy bags of 500 rings only to find they don't fit. My local hydraulic shops don't carry many sizes that small that I could try. Good luck and please let us know if you do find something that works.
