I've got almost 2 liters of nicotine that tastes a bit peppery and dirty to me. Is there any way to filter it without lowering the nic percentage? Water filter or activated charcoal or something?
That is a great question and one I have never read about. Sorry I can't help you but I'm sure someone will and we will both learn something. I know you could add the same amount of nic to it and just make a larger quantity but I am not sure that would solve your problem if it is tasting bad. Look forward to reading the answers. Have fun.
I don't think you will be able to remove the offending compounds without removing the nic too. Problem is that filters and activated carbon are not very selective. Filters will remove anything larger than the pore space, and activated carbon will adsorb most organic compounds. But as Rat2chat2 said, if someone does know a way, I am all ears.
Lowering the NIC content will generally help. So if you usually vape 18mg try 12 - 14mg. That's the best way. Some will go with a VG heavy base. Some will add additives such as smooth.
