Wizard Labs Nic Weird Taste and Another Question

i used to use wizard labs and before myfreedomsmokes, then i posted about ejuice being so harsh with both nicotines mixed in my liquid, someone said to try nude nicotine and ya know what, good choice, harshness is now gone

I'll start off by saying to the mods, if this is in the wrong spot, I apologize.

So I recently got some 100mg/ml Nic from Wizard labs. I've noticed it has kind of an off taste, is super peppery, and gives me a mad head rush off of one puff even when diluted down all the way to 2mg. I don't take super huge draws (Still getting used to the different throat feel from cigarettes).

Anyone else experience this? Any recommendations on a nic supplier?

Also, is it possible for me to dilute it from 100mg/ml to say 60mg/ml or is that pointless? That's one thing that's been confusing me with diy is the PG/VG with nic goes from somewhere around 24mg/ml all the way to 100mg/ml? What is the major differences when making your own juice at home with using 100mgml vs the lower concentrated nic solutions (other than having to use less per mix)?
