I put in an order totaling $180 on saturday the 18th. I understand the earliest they could ship it would have been Monday the 20th. Here I am on the 22nd and the order is still processing. No matter how many times I've called or emailed I can't get a response. Anyone else had this problem?

Welcome and sorry for your troubles . I just called them , and it went to voicemail . Don't know what to tell you . Maybe call the card you used and tell them to cancel payment , and shop elsewhere , with a more reputable vendor .
I appreciate the information. I've been vaping for a while and I've never had this experience with any other vendor. I really hate that I may have to take a loss on this one.
Just want to post a followup. The gentleman who runs the shop got in touch with me. They are a family run business and were evidently had a family emergency this weekend. Everything is all cleared up and it looks like the package is on its way.
I think you just earned 200 kudos points for coming back and posting the follow-up. Family businesses need all the help they can get. I'm sure they appreciate it too
