Hi guys, I have 2 batteries, 2000 mah IMR but not enough for me. Today, one last 7 hours before the other one is fully charged. It take 14 hours to charge each. I ordered 2 more from fasttech, but I figured that it'll take quite sometimes to get here. I found this from frys for real cheap, but I don't know much about battery, quality and safty. Can you pro tell me if this one is safe to use? First choice: FRYS.com | House Of Batteries. Second choice: FRYS.com | Tenergy

the nitecore charger is in ordered, but will be LONG from fasttech. I have 3 orders from this site and still have not received anything yet. The IMR 2000mah I mentioned above is the efest.
One of the above links has the protection from being too low 2.4v and too high 4.2v is still not good enough? Just want to make sure.

Another question. Are you saying IMR is non-protected, and AW is protected?
I also ordered this battery, can you tell me if it is protected or non-protected, should use or should not use? Panasonic NCR18650B Rechargeable 3400mAh 3.7V 18650 Lithium Batteries

Thanks.

I personally know nothing about battery chemistry etc, but have talked to several that do know about it, and the consensus is that the pannies Panasonic IMR Hybrid High Drain 18650 2200mah Flat Top Li-Ion [gv-PANASONICHybrid18650-FLAT] - $10.99 : GotVapes.com, E-cigarette Supplies - Atomizers Cartomizers Mods Juice and more are far better than protected batteries for what we use them for. They are a safer chemistry than the protected batts, so it's not an issue of protected or not protected with them. I'm guessing you're in Canada, but I imagine there are places there you can get them.
