I purchased this from a large chain b+m store here in the UK, I had issues charging it so thought it might be a fake, I wouldn't care if it was a fake and I paid half price or something for it but I paid full price £25

Its came with no scratch card, has white writing instead of black on the battery, has a shinney power button, when power on and off the light is a like a bluey red rather than blue.

Power on and off will be a mix of the White, blue and orange/red as all colours flash when turning on/off, charging issues I assume you mean it doesn't charge fully? Again that's normal on a genuine spinner, when it says it's charged take it off charge then put it back on (spinner double dip) should charge fully then

The voltage alignment notch is red in the picture. All my Vision Spinner IIs have a black notch.
Mine has a red alignment notch. Mine has the black logo on it though, and I checked the scratch card, authentic. My other one has the black notch though. It's also authentic.
