I've been looking to replace my old RIva 510. one battery was broke, one was lost, so I just have one standard Riva that doesn't hold a charge very long, so I'm wanting to upgrade!

ive been looking at the ego c twist. Im pretty sure I want one of them. there don't seem to be many kits around for it, really this is the only one I've saw:
JOYETECH EGO-C TWIST PINK VARIABLE VOLTAGE KIT (1000mAh batteries) + 10ml E-Juice

At $109 it's not exactly cheap. It's 2 100mah twist, charger, atomizers, tanks, case etc. Has anyone gotten this kit before ? besides the batteries are the included tanks and stuff decent ? Would I be a lot better off just getting a single 1000mah twist?

I just bought a Twist and like it. I bought the Riva 510 900mah first, really like it but found a good deal on just the Twist battery at Liberty Flights so bought it too. I'm using my Riva charger and didn't see the need to buy a Twist kit since I have all the stuff for the 510, just needed the battery. If I were you, I'd just buy the batteries and maybe a new charger. I only paid $20 for my 650mah Twist battery at Liberty Flights (I think it's under the Ego C battery catergory).

If you want to stay with the Ego size format the Twist is a great choice, been getting a lot of good feedback.

Since you said size was an issues just fyi the 1000 mah Twist while being the same diameter as a regular Ego is very long, longer than many tube mods. Check out LordDavon's video on the Twist in the video review section as he shows some size comparisons as well as a informative review on it.

As far as the linked kit, it looks ok but I go another route with cartos. You could get 2 Twist batteries, 1-650 mah and 1-1000 mah and purchase the charger separate. That would give you 2 length batteries, one when you need something shorter and one for the extended run time between charges when the length doesn't matter. Then get the 3 pack Boge Carto deal from Crystal Clear Vaping which includes free shipping and and a drip tip. That should save you $30+ to use for other goodies, juice, etc over the price of that kit.

I decided not to get the kit - I picked up a pink battery from cignot (twist), and got another order of Ressurectors from CCV (love those things so see no need to change em). Got the clear ones with a pink drip tip to make things pretty :p

I'm aware the 1000's are really long, I actually like that! I wanted a true pen style when I first started vaping but went with Rivas.. I had a VV RIva in the past which was also fairly long when I put cartos in it. I think it measured to just under 6 inches.
