Interesting... Its not variable voltage or wattage, so it non regulated. It does have some sort of board and a button, so its a semi-mech. I might even have some build in safety features such as battery gauge.
Actually looks like a integrated , larger Ego type. ATomizer and battery inclosed. Doesnt seem like you could replace the battery once it no longer holds a charge.

A mechanical mod is an unregulated type of device. There is no circuitry in the mod to keep the voltage steady throughout the life of the battery. Since you are running directly off the battery you can't increase or decrease the voltage and the vape will slowly become weaker over the lifespan of the battery.
So Semi-mech. Still a long way from an advanced mod that regulates power.
