On the lighter side, dealextreme.com now has juice they sell 5, 10, 30 and 50ml bottles with free shipping. It usually takes about 2 and a half weeks to arrive but with free shipping its a great deal. The juice is 18mg and the flavor is good.

"I" have'nt for juice (probably won't), but I believe you'd risk the same chances of customs seizure of a regulated substance (nicotine) should they intercept it.
