Order placed on 9/30. Notification of shipment on 10/7 due to holiday, chose EMS shipping. Tracking places it as leaving China on 10/14...nothing from there. Is this normal? I placed this order for my mother in law and she's getting anxious. I was told 10 days is the norm, but we're currently 21 days past order.

Mine don't update until they hit the USA. Since yours wasn't shipped til the 7th it has actually only been 14 days. Which still seems a bit longer then my packages normally take. Mine normally run about 10 days also... BUT EMS might have been backed up because of the holiday also... not sure will have to let Amy chime in on this one! 
Dear lilith79, I am sorry for the problem. shipping via EMS is a bit unstable sometimes especially after a long holiday. update online is likely slow sometimes. it should be there very soon. we appreciate your patience.

Right now it's pretty slow with shipping from China, not just to the US, but to Germany as well. Got two mailiings stuck somewhere on the way for almost two weeks now. Never had it that bad after a public holiday in China. What the heck, it'll come sooner or later

yes. china airmail to almost all countries is getting slow with the approach of holiday season. thank you for your understanding.
Try checking the number on the USPS website. EMS only takes it so far and then USPS takes over.
I got EMS tracking already for an order made on Friday, packed Saturday because of the storm and posted today. That's pretty darn fast. Here's hoping they get it on the plane tomorrow! Good job HC!

Mine finally arrived today - although the tracking didn't even indicate which country it's in. 19 days from shipping date, as opposed to the usual ~10. Slightly longer than expected, but not exactly a problem, either.

normally tracking online for china airmail is very slow and not detailed. we appreciate your understanding.
considering holiday season, 19 days is not bad for airmail from china to Germany. normally airmail is much faster in non holiday season.

Got it today! Something tells me the tracking was delayed. The day after it cleared customs it was at my door...figure it must have cleared a few days before that. Either way...everything is awesome and I am SO happy with the eGo. The juice is even better than I expected. Thanks again Amy and next time I will give myself much more planning time!
