Is this Place legit?

I want to place an order for some juice- is this place legit? How fast do they ship items? Are the located in the US?

Any experiences with them?

My experience with them is that their shipping and response to your emails is excellent, but every product that I purchased from them died within a couple of days. These included 2 M401 USB pass-throughs, 3 M401 atomizers, and 2 M401 batteries. Every single one within 2 - 3 days.

When the first PT went bad they promptly sent a replacement and an envelope to return the dead one (at my expense), but when the second one died along with everything else, I decided to cut my losses and didn't return anything but won't buy from them again. The DOA, return, DOA, return, cycle gets old quick. Especially when I have to pay for the return shipping!

Sorry for the rant. As for e-juice, I don't see how you could go wrong but beware of the hardware!

Hi There. We have had a pretty low DOA rate. You must've been very unlucky.
We do have new models of passthroughs and batteries now that perform much better and last a lot longer.
I believe every company has had their fair share of DOA's, so we're not the only company. We do ship out free replacements. If you would like your parts replaced, please send me a private message with your order number or email me at sean@electronic-cigz.com. Thank you.

Hi Ultra- I like what I read- I will be placing an order from you guys in the next few day for some Johnson Creek juice. I just wanted to see what people thought before I placed an order. Unfortunatley Ive had some bad expereinces with a couple vendors- actually just 1 and every other vendor I have used has been great. I just wanted to check before I ordered. So this makes me feel confident about ordering from you guys- and I hope to be doing much more business in the Future.

Sent some stuff back two weeks ago for a refund and no sign of it on their end.
Could be the mail is slow, it is going out of the country for me...

But email communication is excellent. And Sean -- the owner? -- is as friendly,
honest, and open as you are going to find. I reccomend them highly.
