Hello, so I'm rebuilding protank heads and I tried cotton balls but those didn't work out to well for me and I have decided to try the peaches and cream yarn. Is this the correct one

Hmmm I wonder why the price was so off then. People were saying it was 3 or 4 dollars but this one cost 9 somethinf
Get the ecru and that's the ginormous skein. There should be a small one that's cheaper. Ecru is the natural undyed cotton. I've been boiling for about 20 minutes but I think you're going in the right direction.

Yea I'll be boiling this for a good amount of time also, It just doesn't seem to thick of yard but then again we are dealing with protank heads
I pull one strand out and use it as a flavor wick and put the other 3 strands in my main coil. It's been working pretty well on my 1.8 ohm heads.
6-7 wraps of 30 gauge kanthal around a 1/16 drill bit is consistently 1.6-1.8 ohms on my protank 2 heads.

It's a bigger roll lol I bought the largest size I belive on accident, 706 yards of the stuff, should last me a few years lol
Time to go into the recoiling business, with that much yarn! 
I tend to use it mostly for flavor wicks on my PT and similar heads. 3 mm silica for the coil, so I can dry burn a few times before rebuilding, but maybe I'm just lazy
And I find a full piece of the yarn works well for flavor wicks.
Bear in mind that cotton will expand a bit when wet, so don't pack any area tight.
