Anybody else start out with low nic in the AM and end up with high nic in the PM . I just find as the day progresses I need more. I don't know what will happen if I just go ahead and start strong in the AM. I start with 18 and by 2:00 I'm on 24. What's gonna happen with a blast of 24 first thing ?? Don't know if I'll need 36.. And will that progress ??
I smoked pack1/2 for 30 years. Anyone else in this situation ? Love to hears some comments from long time smokers

I don't know- everyone here is so different and I'm thinking it really doesn't matter how many analogs you used to smoke. I also smoked 1.5-2 pad for 30 yrs and I'm vaping the 30mg nic all day. My son's fiancee is a very young 18 yrs old and light smoker and she's comfortable at 24 mg. My sister-in-law is a moderate 1 pad smoker and can't vape higher than 15mg. I know it's very strange and hard to find your "comfort zone" when 1st starting. I have heard alot of people say they start out high nic and then low nic in the evenings and before bed, but you're doing the opposite. I would say, do what feels comfortable to you and stick with that- whatever it takes to help kick the analogs.PS- I did recieve a 30ml bottle of 36mg in a swap on the classifieds on here and, I think it's just too high nic for me. I may try diluting it and adding extra flavor that I can buy from the same vendor

I'm really not seeing the correlation between how many analogs a person smoked per day and nicotine levels in juice. I vape both 18mg and 24mg. I've been using the 24mg to stave off cravings during the workday and 18mg at night because I tend to chain vape. Now that I'm vaping a little more openly at work, I think I can knock off to a straight 18mg and see what happens.

Heartbskts,,, So you're at 30 all day... What do you vape with ??? Think I'm gonna try that. Between different nic levels,,,, different flavors,,,, different voltages and different ohms,,, I'll find it... But This could get expensive trying to hit the right combo... I'm using a V3 @6v and I just find it hard to believe this doesn't do it for me sometimes but I'll keep searching !!

I smoked for over 55 years, and started vaping at 30mg. I'm now down to 24mg, and in a couple of months I'm planning on going down to 18mg. I'm actually finding that my nicotine requirement is beginning to decline over time. As long as you monitor your nic requirement, you should be fine & I wouldn't worry too much about it fluctuating. At any rate, Good Luck to you.
