I didn't like the R91, especially after paying around $104 for it..
Juice channels were way too small, causing massive dry hits and burnt cotton, and this is with a 1.4 ohm coil on a provari

Plus airflow was so tight it was like sucking on a very skinny straw..Terrible waste of over $100 bucks..I hated it, lol

It's the predecessor of the Kayfun rebuildable tanks. It's a low air flow, low wattage, mouth to lung atomizer. It's good if you vape MTL at 15 watts or less. Kayfun Lite V2 and Kayfun 3.1 are my daily vapes at 10W.
Well, no. The Russian is actually a high market clone of the Kayfun. There were a lot of stories floating around about it being made by people who left the original Svoemesto team, but that's not true.

Lots of stories going around. I always thought the Russian 91% was the original, too. People would say that they owned an original Russian 91% and touted it to be the Svoemesto KF predecessor. Oh, well. Further fact checking indicates that the Russian 91% came between the first Kayfun and the Kayfun Lite.

My $26 Tobeco Kayfun 5 arrived Monday from Eciggity in Hawaii yesterday. Ordered it Friday, arrived on Monday with basic USPS shipping. I was impressed. I haven't soaked it in dish soap yet to clean it up, but there's only a really faint odor of machine oil.

I've had it apart and back together. It's easy with about the same number of parts as a Kayfun 2 or 3, unlike the KF 4 which was a puzzle with too many parts.

I'll order again from Eciggity. 4 day shipping over a weekend was impressive considering I'm all the way on the other side of the U.S. from Hawaii. They seem to get new Chinese products early on and the prices are comparable to stateside pricing.
