Russian 91% v2?

So I was looking for a Russian 91%, finally gonna get a higher end atomizer and I just saw one on vapordna.com That says it is a version 2 of the Russian 91%? Is this the one by Kebo? Can anyone tell me the difference between the Russian 91% (1st one) and this one?
