Hi, recently moved to vaping after 13yrs of roll ups. I won a nemesis mod ( real ). With a 18650 battery and charger. But no rba or rda so ive been having great fun just with my carto tank. Going to my local vape shop one of the guys there said I will ruin my nemesis if I keep using the carto and I should buy a rba or a rda. Is that true? Its not the prettiest set up but it works for me.

yeah, no. you can run whatever you want on your nemesis. As long as your batteries can handle the load, no topper will "ruin" it. Sounds like an overzealous salesman

Hahaha! Yeah he's just trying to get you to upgrade out of ignorance. I use a carto on my Hero mod. Have for a while. I've never had or heard of an issue. Vape on friend and enjoy your toy. Congrats.

Agree with the above. I'm a noob but I've done a fair amount of reading up, and yeah, not come across this being an issue.
